Chia Seed Pudding


- 3 Tbs of chia seed

- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut or almond milk

- 1 ripe banana

- A pinch of cinnamon

- 4 Tbs of coconut yogurt or organic milk yogurt

- 1 or 2 Tbsp of grounded walnuts

- 4 tsp of low sugar granola, for topping


Mix the ingredients in a food processor and bake it for 30 min at 175oC.
