Banana Cake

Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas (2 for the dough and 1 for the topping)

- 3 eggs

- 1/2 cup of almond oil

- 2 cups of oat (use gluten-free oats if you want a gluten-free cake)

- 3/4 cups of raisins

- 1 or 2 Tbsp of grounded walnuts

- cinnamon (to taste)

- 1Tbsp of baking power


Method

Mix the ingredients in a food processor and bake it for 30 min at 175oC.
