Ingredients

- It is a healthy and delicious option to spread on bread and oatcakes or as a dip.

- raw cashews

- water

- Nutritional Yeast

- salt

- black pepper

- sumac

- turmeric

- olive oil

- lemon



Method

Soak 1 cup of raw cashews for 2-4 hours. Drain the water and in a blender, mix the nuts, 1/3 cup of filtered water, 1Tbsp of Nutritional Yeast, salt, black pepper, sumac, turmeric, a bit of olive oil and lemon to taste. Enjoy it!

You can use your creativity and make it with different seasoning ingredients, changing flavours and colours, such as parsley, chives, olives, paprika, etc.
